Audrey Snowberger

Audrey Snowberger, 79. of East Freedom, passed away Wednesday May 25, 2022 peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born June 16, 1942 in East Freedom, daughter of Samuel P. and Susan R. (Walter) Glass. She was preceded in death by her first husband Ronald C. Kurtz and then married Grant Russell Snowberger on February 14, 1975. He preceded her in death on December 13, 2003.

Surviving are three children Suzanne Smith (Danny) of East Freedom, Russell P. Snowberger (Samantha) of East Freedom and Michael Kurtz Sr. (Amy) of Roaring Spring, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 4 sisters Mabel Snowberger, Judy Walter, Linda Welch and Deborah Gardner and 2 brothers Melvin and Elvin Glass. She was preceded in death by a sister Esther Hetrick and 2 brothers Paul and Ronald Glass.

Audrey was a 1960 graduate of Greenfield-Kimmel High School. She was previously employed at Capri Hairstyling, Giant Eagle and Sylvania. She enjoyed bargain shopping, gardening and being outdoors with her flowers and her dog.

Friends will be received on Saturday May 28, 2022 from 4 P.M. until the 6:00 P.M. funeral services at Miller Funeral Home East Freedom with Pastor Mark Lingenfelter officiating. Interment at Alto-Reste Park.
