Betty L. Weyant, 93, Of Queen, passed away Saturday March 1, 2025 at Maple Heights, Ebensburg. She was born November 15, 1931 in Bedford, daughter of the late Warren and Ella (Kauffman) Moses. She was married to Clarence “Pete” Weyant.
Surviving are 3 grandchildren Shawnelle Dively (Travis Weakland), Robbie Black, and Derek Weyant (Kailee), 4 great grandchildren Lane, Lawson, Lennox, and Lyla Grace Weyant, son-in-law Robert Black, and former granddaughter-in-law Lani Black. She was preceded in death by a son Johnie D. Weyant a daughter Jacqueline Y. Black and several brothers and sisters.
Betty was 1951 graduate of Bedford High School. She was employed as a housekeeper for several prominent families in the area.
She enjoyed spending time with family, being outside, watching cooking shows and her dog “Lilly”.
Friends with be received from 10 A.M until the 11:00 A.M. memorial service on Saturday March 8, 2025 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg with Mr. Darren Rightenour officiating.
