Carol Jean Eltman

Carol Jean Eltman, 75, of Claysburg passed away Thursday February 16, 2023 at Pennknoll Village. She was born January 24, 1948 in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Daniel and Ethelda (Crawford) Walter. She married Ernest Frederick Eltman on July 9, 1966 and he preceded her in death on October 12, 2003.

Surviving is a daughter Cathie Dibert and husband Rodney of Claysburg, four grandchildren Joshua Eltman, Katie Clark, Emily Musselman and Jordan Dibert and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson Rodney Garrett and a brother C. David Walter.

Carol was a 1965 graduate of Northern Bedford High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading.

Friends will be received from 2:00 P.M. until the 4:00 P.M. memorial service on Sunday February 19, 2023 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg with Pastor James Neatrour officiating.
