Cathy E. Decker

Cathy E. Decker, 69, of Roaring Spring, passed away Friday May 2, 2025 at home. She was born August 29, 1955 in Altoona, daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Westover) Conley.

Surviving are sons Rich Conley (Brenda Hoover) and Troy Conley (Kim Rickabaugh), a daughter Cathy Guyer (Lee), 3 grandchildren Brian, Emily and Justine, a sister Karen Elbin, brothers David (Barb Bassetti). Dennis and Daniel (Brenda) Conley, sisters-in-law Richanda Conley and Sally Conley and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters Carolyn Conley, Judith Wolfe and Debra Conley, brothers Joseph and Ronald Conley, sister-in-law Angie Conley and brothers-in-law Thomas Dixon and Don Elbin.

Cathy attended Northern Bedford High School. She was employed at Cove Shoe and the Spring House Restaurant, and was also a housekeeper.

Cathy enjoyed spending time with, and pranking, her family, and friends. She also enjoyed watching Brian ride his E-bike down the lane.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
