Corey Lee Lasure Sr.

Corey Lee Lasure Sr., 35, of Imler, passed away Thursday June 13, 2024 at home. He was born August 10, 1988 in Windber.

Surviving is his mother Donna Corley of Altoona, his father James Riley and wife Tracy of East Freedom, a son Corey Lee Lasure Jr. of Claysburg and his mother Kyrsten Schultz of New Paris, sister Crystal Heuston and husband Brian of Roaring Spring, a brother Joesph Corley and wife Christie of East Freedom and several nieces and nephews.

Corey was a 2007 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and received an Associate Degree in IT from Penn State University. He was employed at Corle Building Systems and was previously employed at the Sproul Brickyard.

Corey enjoyed hunting, fishing, kayaking, 4 wheelers, working on cars and computers. He loved his son, his family, his dog “Hunter” and had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody.

Friends will be received on Wednesday June 19, 2024 from 4 P.M. until the 7:00 P.M. Celebration of Life, at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg with Pastor Caleb Moses officiating.
