Dennis W. Moses, 75, formerly of Altoona, passed away Thursday November 14, 2024 at Haida Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Hastings. He was born August 27, 1949, in Bedford, son of the late Warren S. “Jimmy” Jr. and Janet Lucille (Hoenstine) Moses.
Surviving are two sisters Linda Moyer and Tammy Boling (Bruce), a brother Kenneth Moses (Amy), six nieces and nephews Michele Moyer, Janelle Moyer, Sharon Moyer, Beth Basinger (Stephen), Kendal Moses, Korey Moses (Paige), great nephews Trey Basinger and Jase Basinger, and great niece Layla Basinger.
He was preceded in death by a sister Sharon Moses, a brother Carey Moses, niece April Moses and brother-in-law Freddie Moyer.
Dennis was a member of the Miracle League of Blair County and the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. He enjoyed NASCAR, demo derbies, football, music, movies, hunting and was very patriotic.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment at Greenfield Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Miracle League of Blair County or the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania.
