Flossie Arlene (Holsinger) Leonard

Flossie Arlene (Holsinger) Leonard, 88, of Martinsburg, passed away Thursday March 6, 2025 at Haida Manor, Hastings. She was born September 24, 1936 in McKee, daughter of the late Raymond and Marie (Nofsker) Holsinger. She was twice married, first to Harold Kaplan and then to John Leonard.

Surviving are children Steve Holsinger (Cindy) of East Freedom, Cindy Dick (Dwight Bowers) of Imler, and Michael Kaplan (Gail) of New Paris, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 brothers Earl and Art Holsinger. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Arlene was employed at the Martinsburg Shoe Factory and as a cook at several restaurants in the area. She enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with her family.

Friends will be received from 4 P.M. until the 7:00 P.M. memorial service on Tuesday March 11, 2025 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg, with Pastor Erik Lingenfelter officiating.
