Jensen H. Feather, 79, of Claysburg, passed away Monday May 20, 2024 at home. He was born March 4, 1945, in Roaring Spring, son of the late Howard M. and Loretta (Snyder) Feather.
Surviving is a half sister Marie Sell of Imler and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Ralph and Leon Feather and step siblings Blanche Diehl and Archie Dively.
Jensen was a 1963 graduate of Greenfield-Kimmel High School and a 1967 graduate of Greensburg Institute of Technology. Following graduation, Jensen worked for Feather Enterprises Inc. buying and repairing school buses. When Feather Enterprises dissolved, Jensen started J.H. Feather’s Garage and Car Sales.
Jensen was a member of St. Mark’s Reformed Church, Imler, The Antique Auto Club of America, The Buick Club of America and was a founding member of The Blair County Antique Auto Club.
He enjoyed Buick automobiles, and judging at various car shows. He also served as DJ at summer cruise ins for many years.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
