M. Joanne Ringler, 85 of East Freedom went home to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven on April 11, 2023. She was born on June 6, 1937 to the late Reuben P. and Mary (Earnest) Holsinger. On September 12, 1953 she married Silas N. Ringler Jr. who proceeded her in death on September 4, 1998.
She is survived by her 7 children: June (Barry) Weyant, Judy, Patty, Silas III (Mary), Penny, Jeri (Leon) and Sara (John) Watson. 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, 4 sisters and 1 brother. She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 3 brothers and a sister.
She attended Grace Fellowship Church, Leamersville. Joanne enjoyed being with her family, crocheting, word scramble, puzzles, watching and listening to the Gaither Gospel Hour and her favorite, Guy Penrod.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to her caregivers: Mandy Helsel, Denise Shoffner, Tim Guyer, Stacey Treece and the entire Gentiva (formerly Kindred) Hospice family.
At Joanne’s request there will be no services.
