Mark F. Moyer

Mark F. Moyer, 69, of Roaring Spring, passed away on Friday September 26, 2025 at UPMC Altoona.

He was born January 2, 1956, in Altoona to David R Moyer, Sr., and Velma (Leighty) Moyer, who preceded him in death.

On July 11, 1981, he married his wife Kim (Grathwohl) in Roaring Spring, and they recently celebrated 44 years of marriage. He is survived by his wife and sons Mark W. and Matthew D., son-in-law Matthew Dwyer and precious grandson, Jeremy Moyer-Dwyer. He will be missed by his faithful lap companion chihuahua, Lola. He is also survived by brothers Bill (Vicki), Jim (Belinda), George (Julie), Kenneth (Becky), and Daniel, and sisters Rita, Joan, Martha Reese (Chris), Barbara, and Virginia Clapper, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, David, Jr., Paul, and Carl.

Mark was a 1974 graduate of Central High School. He retired from North American Communications after 28 years of service.

He was an avid vintage car buff and enjoyed tinkering under the hood. He was happiest when spending time with his family and playing with his grandson. He enjoyed watching cooking shows and trying new recipes for his family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
