Mary L. Welch

Mary L. Welch, 69, of Imler, passed away Sunday April 2, 2023 at UPMC-Bedford after an extended illness. She was born May 26, 1953 in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Ray B. and Ethel M. (Hainsey) Welch.

Surviving is a brother Ray “Sonny” Welch, a sister Regina Rhodes and husband Roger with whom she resided, a sister Dorothy Bohley and several nieces, nephews great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Deanna Jane Benton and brothers Harry Acker and Robert Finnegan.

Mary attended Queen United Methodist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and doing puzzles.

Friends will be received from 4-6 P.M. on Tuesday April 4, 2023 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday April 5, 2023 at the funeral home, Pastor Calvin Miller officiating. Interment at Greenfield Cemetery, Imler.
