Mary A. Weyandt

Mary A. Weyandt, 77, of East Freedom, passed away Thursday May 23, 2024 at UPMC-Altoona. She was born May 25, 1946, in Altoona, daughter of the late Earnest C. “Tippy” and Edna M. (Peck) Beck. She married Leroy E. “Lee” Weyandt on September 2, 1968 in Cleveland, OH. He preceded her in death on February 8, 2009.

Surviving are two sons Malcolm R. Weyandt and wife Cindy of Roaring Spring and John T. “Bubba” Weyandt of Hollidaysburg, 3 grandchildren Zachary Stitt, Alexis Weyandt and Danielle Burke, 2 great grandchildren and a sister Marjorie Deem and husband Gary.

Mary was a 1966 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She retired from North American communications in 2018 after more than 20 years of service.

Mary was a member of Grace Fellowship Church, Leamersville, and was active in church activities. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Friends will be received from 5-9 P.M. on Wednesday May 29, 2024 at the Miller Funeral Home, East Freedom. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday May 30, 2024 at the funeral home with Pastors Mark Lingenfelter and Caleb Moses officiating. Interment at Leamersville Riverview Cemetery.
