Robert "Bobby" A. Brandt

Robert A. Brandt, 61, of Altoona passed away Monday October 20, 2025, at home, surrounded by his family and friends, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January 19, 1964, in Altoona, son of the late Janet Lynch.

Surviving is his wife and companion for the past 29 years, Tammie Albright, daughter Nichole (Donald), granddaughters Ashley and Megan, his loving niece Taylor and three siblings.

Bobby was a longtime brother of Arandale Lodge #184 I.B.P.O.E.W. During his tenure he served as Exalted Ruler, Loyal Knight, Lecturing Knight, House Committee and Trustee. As a brother of Arandale Lodge #184, he volunteered hundreds of hours to the members, the brothers, and the community.

Robert retired from the Carpenter Company and previously worked for General Cable. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and family trips to Disney.

Friends will be received from 4-7 P.M. on Thursday October 23, 2025, at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.

A celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at noon on Saturday October 25, 2025, at the Arandale Elks Lodge #184, 2001 Margaret Ave. Altoona, PA 16601.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Arandale Elks Lodge #184.
