Ruth L. Imler

Ruth L. Imler, 83, a resident of Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, formerly of Claysburg, passed away Wednesday November 8, 2023 at the home. She was born March 18, 1940 in Fairhope, daughter of the late Ralph and Edna (Bruck) Lockard.

Surviving are four daughters Deborah McDonald of Bedford, Brenda Albright of Williamsburg, Idella Croft of Midlothian, VA and Roxanne Feather of Cresson, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and four brothers Wilbur and David Lockard both of Imler, Galen Lockard of Everett and Robert Lockard of Hollidaysburg. She was preceded in death by a brother Floyd Lockard.

Ruth was a member of the Upper Claar Church of the Brethren. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday November 13, 2023 at the Upper Claar Church of the Brethren with Pastor Mark Wyland officiating. Interment at Upper Claar Cemetery.
