Sandra L. “Angel” Howard, 64, of Altoona, passed away April 27, 2025 at home. She was born December 31, 1960 in Altoona, daughter of the late Ronald Parks and Peggy (Scalice) Puszakowski.
Surviving is a sister Robin Moore and husband Bobby, former stepchildren Crystal Lingenfelter and Donald Coble II, multiple nieces, and nephews and lots of friends and other family.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Ronald and John Parks.
Sandy loved Betty Boop and riding on motorcycles.
