Shirley Ann Williams, 71, a resident of Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, formerly of Claysburg, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022. She was born June 14, 1950, in Ebensburg, daughter of Betty Louise (Dixon) Noel and the late Regis John Noel. She married Howard Raymond Williams on May 30, 1981, in Ebensburg. He preceded her in death on February 18, 2019.

 

 

 

Surviving is her mother of Altoona, children; Charles Regis Williams of North Hampton and Rebecca Ann Williams of Altoona, step-children; Donald Lee Williams of Pottstown, Mark Howard Williams (Donna) of Claysburg, Nancy Lou Stone (Russell) of Altoona, Jacqueline Louise Dively (George) of Altoona, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; a brother James R. Noel of Altoona, and three sisters; Ellen Flickingher, Janet Noel, and Sandy Noel, all of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a stepson David Alan Williams on Aug. 3, 2009.

 

 

 

Shirley was a 1968 graduate of Bishop Carroll High School; she was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking.

 

 

 

Friends will be received from 2:00 P.M. until the 6:00 P.M. funeral service on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg, with Pastor Tim Guyer officiating. Interment at Claysburg Union Cemetery.
