Susan R. (Claycomb) Grabill

Susan R. Grabill, 70, of Osterburg, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025, at UPMC -Altoona. She was born February 27, 1955, in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Ernest and Maxine (Patterson) Claycomb. She married Larry M. Grabill May 31, 1975, in Claysburg, and he passed away October 7, 2020. 

Surviving is a daughter Jennifer Grabill, three grandchildren Michael, Angela and Samuel (Samantha), a great granddaughter Cordelia, four sisters Leayn Eicher, Kathy Cooper, Shirley Harr and Deborah Harr and a brother Randy Claycomb. She was preceded in death by a brother Rodney Claycomb.

Susan retired as a dishwasher from Clara’s Place in 2022 after 12 years of employment. She enjoyed watching TV, putting puzzles together and Playing with her dog “Mike”.

Friends will be received from 3-6 P.M. on Monday December 22, 2025, at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday December 23, 2025, at the funeral home. 

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
